Artist's Comments
I'm going to put this to scraps, but I need tips 'bout mostly everything you can think of, except: too big head and the outlines (I had to make them thick, 'cause the scanner was cutting half of the picture ^^'' ).
Picture drawn with my new and first pencils 2H and 4B ever (earlier I had ordinary pencils from school), to test them. I also bought a HB pencil. I need to know as much as possible about drawing manga, since I wish to create a story, but I don't have much ideas for the fable (yet I have main characters and most basics of the story). And no, this picture have almost nothing to do with it xD . It'll probably later go to scraps. About japanese: I'm learning Katakana ^^' I already know Hiragana and a very few of Kanji letters. PS I forgot to buy an eraser XD' .. I don't have any. |

In my personal eye, the hind legs being together makes the picture seem less mobile. I've never seen any animal stand with its hind feet together, and if it has it isn't for long. The left shoulder is a bit too big, and the lofted leg's paw doesn't follow the perspective. (I draw canines a lot, so anatomy is what I point out the most.)

About the back legs - I sometimes draw animals in a little (?) unnatural poses, like standing on the head or something o.o'' I'll try to do it less often, thought, and in the manga there would not be any that much weird stuff like animals in stupid poses ^^'' ...
